Before you can tryout, you need to submit to me the following completed forms:

· A current O.H.S.A.A. physical examination form.

· A signed parental or guardian Emergency Medical Authorization form.

· A Bexley City Schools Athletic Participation Form

After tryouts, if you make the team, before the first match:

· A player expectations form signed by parent/guardian.

· A $50 check for participation fee (check made out to Bexley City School District). Please note athletes name in memo.

We plan to hold two 9-hole tryout rounds, weather permitting, after school starts:

· Wednesday, August 24^th - Blacklick Woods Green Course @ 4PM

· Thursday, August 25^{th -} Blacklick Woods Green Course @ 4PM

· Rain Date Monday, August 29th - Blacklick Woods Green Course @ 4PM

Parents are responsible for the student-athletes transportation to and from tryouts,

as well as green fees.

Each player must have their own bag, clubs and balls, and NO RIDING OR PULL CARTS WILL BE PERMITTED. Appropriate golf attire (shirt with a collar, mid-thigh length shorts with pockets) is required, as well as soft spikes or tennis shoes, no metal spikes.

The number of players on the team will be determined by tryout scores, and also be limited by the number of students that can be safely transported and supervised during the season. We will try to have a full schedule of 14 matches for the season. As always, practice will be on your own, and is completely optional.
