NECESSARY FORMS FOR PARTICIPATION

OHSAA Sports Physicals
Bexley HS will be offering OHSAA Sports physicals through its team physician, Dr. Kumler, and his associates on Saturday, June 3rd beginning at 7am in the HS Gym. Trainer John Sheets will be taking names and scheduling students for particular time slots. Please call 614.237.4273 ext 4163 with questions.
