CONGRATULATIONS TO THE BHS
SOCCER PROGRAM...
The Girls Soccer Team has been awarded the Team Academic Award
by the NSCAA/Adidas group. Carrie Lacroix, senior captain,
was also awarded All-American designation by NSCAA/Adidas. Finally, Lindsey
Macklin has been awarded a Sportsmanship Award and scholarship by
the Central Ohio Soccer Official's Association.
The Girls Soccer Coach Scott Dempsey has been named
OSSCA Girls Division II Coach of the Year and NSCAA/Adidas Region Coach
of the Year. By being Regional coach of the year, Scott is
automatically a finalist for NSCAA/Adidas National Coach of the Year
consideration.
Lindsey Macklin was named Academic All American
by the National Soccer Coached Association of America.
Carrie LaCroix was named
Academic All American ad All American Player by the National Soccer
Coaches Association of America.
The entire 2003 Girls Soccer Team
was recognized with a National Team Academic Award for the 4th straight
year by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
